This website is published by NorthMed Foods, an official distributor of the Jardins de Carthage brand in Canada, which supplies food professionals on order.

The site presents the products NorthMed Foods distributes to food professionals: specialty grocers, retailers, restaurants and caterers. It does not sell online, takes no payment and offers no customer accounts.

Nothing on the site is an offer to sell. Prices, availability and lead times are confirmed only in our written quote, and an order becomes firm once you have validated that quote. Delivery and terms of sale are governed by our quote and supply agreement, not by these terms.

Product names, formats, case quantities and ingredients come from the producer’s documents. They are given for information and may change: the current specification sheet, sent with our quote, prevails.

Always read the label on the product, especially for allergens.

Pictures are serving suggestions and are not contractual: the product delivered is the one described in our quote and on its label.

Jardins de Carthage and the names and packaging of its products are trademarks of their respective owners. They appear here to identify the products NorthMed Foods distributes as an official distributor; no other right is granted.
